CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE

Cyberjaya, Selangor

IMPORTANT:
This is an on-site position. The actual work location is Taman Equine, Seri Kembangan, Selangor.

RM2,000 – RM3,000 per month (performance-based incentives)

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive who enjoys communicating with customers and building positive customer relationships.

You will be responsible for customer calls, follow-ups, appointment coordination and supporting customer engagement activities.

Candidates based in Cyberjaya and surrounding areas are welcome to apply, provided they are comfortable commuting to Taman Equine, Seri Kembangan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to customers
• Follow up on customer enquiries and existing customers
• Communicate product and service information clearly
• Coordinate appointments and customer schedules
• Maintain customer records and follow-up status
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Assist with customer engagement activities
• Perform other related duties when required

Requirements:

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Confident and comfortable communicating over the phone
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated, responsible and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and manage daily tasks

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Arrangement:
On-site

Salary:
RM2,000 – RM3,000 per month (performance-based incentives)
Training will be provided.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
