Introduction

A leading global organization is hiring a Solution Architect - Identity & Access Management (IAM) to join its technology organization in Singapore. Operating across multiple regions and complex IT and operational technology (OT) environments, the organization is strengthening its global identity architecture and security capabilities. This role will serve as a key design authority for IAM, shaping secure and scalable solutions across Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Access Management, Directory Services, and OT Identity.

Responsibilities

You will own and evolve IAM reference architectures, design patterns, and solution standards, translating business, security, regulatory, and operational requirements into practical end-to-end designs. Working across global and regional teams, you will provide architectural oversight throughout the solution lifecycle-from strategy and requirements through detailed design, implementation, production readiness, and transition to operations.

Your scope will span IGA, PAM, federation and SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, directory services, non-human identities, and OT IAM. You will define integration and security patterns across cloud, SaaS, on-premises, and OT environments, including identity lifecycle management, privileged access, authentication and authorization, Zero Trust, and secure remote access. You will also provide design assurance, guide engineering and implementation partners, evaluate IAM technologies, and ensure solutions remain aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards.

Requirements

You should bring minimum 6 years of solution architecture experience with a strong focus on Identity & Access Management, including a track record of designing and delivering complex IAM solutions. Practical experience across at least one full IAM product delivery lifecycle is important, with exposure to platforms such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Idira, BeyondTrust, or Delinea.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC/ABAC/PBAC, and identity integration standards such as SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos, APIs, and X.509 will be valuable. Experience designing IAM across cloud, on-premises, and OT environments, as well as working with security monitoring and enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Identity, ServiceNow, and Oracle HCM, would be relevant to the role. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, while certifications such as TOGAF, CISSP, CISM, or Azure/AWS IAM specializations are preferred.
