Job Description:

• Coordinate daily loading and unloading activities for safe cargo handling.
• Record stock movements in WMS and SAP systems.
• Perform daily and monthly cycle counts to keep inventory accurate.
• Liaise with forwarding agents to track shipping and delivery schedules.
• Update customers via email on shipment tracking and delivery statuses.
• Prepare shipping documents such as Delivery Orders (DO) and customs forms.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed.

Job Requirement:

• SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related studies.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a warehouse environment is a must. Experience in a 3PL setting is an added advantage.
• Proficiency and hands-on skills in SAP and WMS systems are preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE/forklifts) is a plus.
• Able to work rotational shifts, including night shifts (up to 12:00 AM).

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
