Location: Bendemeer MRT
Proper training will provided
Friendly and respectful working environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist devotees/customers with inquiries and offerings.
Handle walk-in and hotline queries courteously and efficiently.
Support online and auspicious day offerings.
Maintain front desk cleanliness and assist with stock checks.
Promote temple products, services, and upcoming events.
Handle cash and transactions accurately using the ERP system.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
At least 1–2 years of customer service or front desk experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
