Position Title: Admin Assistant / Project Admin Assistant
Working Location: Island wide (Depending on project site)
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm , Sat: 8.30am – 12.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowance + OT + AWS + VB + Medical Benefits
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative support to the project team on-site
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, files, and reports
Manage office supply orders and keep track of inventory
Help schedule meetings and appointments
Communicate with vendors, clients, and different departments
Assist with daily tasks to keep site operations running smoothly
Arrange logistics for air and sea shipments
Attend weekly site meetings and record meeting notes

Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent; Diploma is an advantage
At least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
