Our esteemed client, an established logistics company, is searching for a HR & Account Assistant:
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records and administer benefits.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance matters.
Handle employee relations and general HR administration.
Process invoices, payments, and maintain financial records.
Prepare reports, reconcile bank statements, and manage petty cash.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and inter-company billings.
Provide admin support to HR and Accounts teams.
Manage office supplies, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR and/or accounting functions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Additional Information:
Salary: Up to SGD 3,200 +Variable Bonus
Working Location: Jurong East
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am -5:30pm
