Architectural Draftsperson

• Experience and full understanding of the General Building Plans (Electronic  submission) to the Buildings Department in Hong Kong and production of detail working drawings for tender and construction

• Diploma / Certificate or Higher in related Building Studies in Building Technology and Computer drafting

• Sufficient knowledge and actual practice in using computer software such as Autocad (latest version), Revit and BIM modelling etc.

• Good updated knowledge of Hong Kong Building Regulations, PNAP and APSEC and HK Housing Authority etc.

• Responsible working attitude and self-motivated

• Willing to work under pressure and overtime to meet tight deadlines
