Responsibilities:

• Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware 

• Provide L1 & L2 onsite end-user & VIP support;

• Investigate and troubleshoot the incident, ensure hardware/ software/ server/ infrastructure to ensure availability of systems during daily operation;

• Collaborate with different parties to ensure the IT issues are addressed according to SLA;

• Proper documentations/ SOPs are required to formalize/ develop and share with other teammates across the South Asia region;

• To communicate and coordinate with Users to ensure minimal service disruption in following up ‘Open’ Tickets

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of relevant work experience in IT Support field;

• Hands on experience in end-user support;

• Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks;

• Self-driven and able to work independently with minimum supervision;

• Good communication & interpersonal skills;

• Good knowledge of ITIL disciplines.

• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
