We're Hiring: Gym Director (Senior Leadership Track) | The Little Gym

Are you a commercial leader ready to run your own business unit? The Little Gym is looking for a driven Gym Director to take ownership of our branch's revenue, operations, and team performance.

What You'll Own:

Revenue & KPIs – Drive annual targets, enrolment growth, and retention

️ Floor Leadership – 50% of your time delivering Gold-standard classes

Team Development – Build a high-performance culture

Sales & Marketing – Execute local plans with the Marketing Director

Reporting – Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews

What We're Looking For:

3–5 years in sales, operations, or retail management

Proven track record of hitting revenue targets

Strong leadership and people management skills

Willing to commit to a 6–9 month training track
