• Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion CX Sales solutions.
  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion CX Sales modules including, Opportunities, Accounts, Territories,  Contacts, Forecasting, and Customer Management.
  • Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Manage project activities across Requirements, Design, Build, Testing, Deployment, and Support phases.
  • Investigate and resolve application issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct impact assessments for enhancements, Oracle quarterly updates, and business change requests.
  • Provide production support, issue analysis, and root cause resolution.
  • Execute SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of Oracle CRM application implementation and support experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of Oracle Fusion CX Sales experience.
  • At least 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle EBS CRM implementations.
  • Knowledge of Oracle EBS CRM modules is preferred.
