Positioning for an Event and Social Organizer role—particularly at wellness brand Babel (Babel Fit / B Fitness Asia)—involves taking on a high-impact position focused on community, experiential events, brand activations, and member engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Planning & Logistics: Concept, plan, and execute community wellness events, fitness challenges, brand collaborations, and exclusive member socials.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate with external brand partners, fitness instructors, food & beverage sponsors, and tech vendor setups.
• Social & Community Strategy: Manage community engagement both on-ground and via social channels to foster member loyalty and brand awareness.
• On-Ground Management: Oversee event timelines, staffing, setup, registration, and post-event reporting/analytics.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3+ years in event coordination, hospitality management, brand activations, or community management.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, vendor negotiation, social media management (Instagram/TikTok/Canva), and interpersonal communication.
• Culture Fit: High energy, passion for wellness, lifestyle branding, and experience dealing with high-end or boutique clientele.

Range of Salary depends on Capability and Experience

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
