• Take clear photos of food preparation, product presentation, workstation setup, and operational procedures for SOP documentation.
• Observe daily operations and record step-by-step procedures under the guidance of supervisors.
• Compile photos and written instructions into SOP documents using company templates and formatting standards.
• Work with kitchen and service teams to ensure documented procedures accurately reflect approved practices.
• Organise and maintain photo libraries, SOP files, and supporting materials for easy reference.
• Update SOP documents based on supervisor feedback and changes to operational procedures.
• Check documents for completeness, consistency, and clarity before submitting them for review.
• Assist in preparing visual guides, checklists, and training materials for staff.
• Follow company hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety requirements while carrying out documentation work.
• Support related operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
