• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Project, QA/QC, and Safety teams at the project site.
• Maintain and organize project, QA/QC, and safety documents and records.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Record manpower attendance, site activities, and work progress.
• Assist with project documentation and correspondence.
• Maintain QA/QC records including inspection requests, ITP, checklists, test reports, and material certificates.
• Maintain safety records including toolbox meetings, safety inspections, training, permits, and attendance.
• Coordinate document submissions and follow up on pending documents, inspections, and approvals.
• Perform filing, scanning, printing, photocopying, and distribution of site documents.
• Perform other administrative and site-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager or management.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Administration, Business Studies, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Site Clerk, Project Clerk, Document Controller, or Administrative Assistant in a construction or engineering environment is an advantage.
• Familiar with construction site documentation and basic project administration.
• Basic understanding of QA/QC and safety documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Good filing, documentation, and organizational skills.

*One candidate is required for each position site clerk (Project, QC and Safety).
