XOX Management Hiring! Full Time Executive, Retail Sales in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist walk-in customers, present, and promote XOX products and services to existing and prospective customers.

2. To provide good customer service to the customers by being proactive to approach customers, attentive to customer queries and assist them courteously, inform customers on ongoing promotion.

3. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

4. Responsible in generating leads to acquire new customers.

5. Actively involved in roadshows, events, and any promotional activities arranged and set by the company.

6. Achieve agreed upon sales target and outcome within schedule.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Strong sales orientation with the ability to achieve assigned sales targets and objectives.

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain good customer relationships.

3. Customer-focused, with a positive and friendly approach when dealing with customers.

4. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

5. Proactive, energetic, and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.

6. Responsible, dependable, and demonstrates a positive working attitude.

7. Good team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

8. Willing to work according to retail operating hours, including weekends and public holidays.

9. Able and willing to work at Dataran Pandan Prima, 55100 Kuala Lumpur.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or equivalent qualification is an advantage.

2. Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in sales, retail, customer service, or the telecommunications industry is preferred.

3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
