We are an established manpower supply agency with over 25 years of experience, supplying local Malaysian workers to factories across Johor Bahru (Tampoi, Kempas, Tebrau, Larkin, Skudai & surrounding areas).

We are currently hiring Production Operators, Assembly Line Operators, Machine Operators, general worker and other factory-related positions for multiple manufacturing companies, Watch factory, Plastic factory, Assembly & Packaging factory.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate production or assembly line machinery according to SOP
• Perform manual or machine-assisted assembly work
• Ensure product quality meets factory standards
• Assist with basic machine operation, loading, and unloading
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the workstation
• Follow supervisor instructions and production targets
• Support other factory tasks when required

Job Requirements

• Malaysian citizens with valid NRIC
• Age: 18 years to 36 years
• No experience required (training provided)
• SPM Certificate
• Good attitude, punctual, and able to follow instructions

Working Details (Varies by Factory)

• Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8.00am-5.00pm or 7.00am-7.00pm
• Location: Johor Bahru (Tampoi, Kempas, Tebrau, Larkin, Skudai)
• Employment Type: Full-time / Contract
