Job Title: Despatch Rider / Despatch Assistant

Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable, punctual, and physically fit Despatch to join our team in Selangor. The ideal candidate will support daily business operations by ensuring the safe, accurate, and timely delivery and collection of documents, parcels, cheques, and company items across Klang Valley and Selangor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily dispatch duties, including picking up and delivering documents, letters, invoices, samples, and parcels to clients, vendors, and government agencies.
• Plan efficient daily routes to ensure all deliveries and collections are completed on time.
• Ensure all items handled are secure, accounted for, and delivered in good condition.
• Assist with basic office administrative tasks, banking errands, or warehouse/inventory packing support when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class B2 for motorcycle / Class D for car) with a clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of routes and locations across Selangor and the Klang Valley (familiarity with Waze/Google Maps).
• Honest, hardworking, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
