Job Position: Telemarketer
Location: Menara Southpoint
Contract: 3 Months
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Arrangement: Work from Office

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from leads provided by HQ.
• Promote and pitch SPX Buyer Self Collection / Locker Program.
• Follow up with interested leads and schedule appointments.
• Pass qualified leads to the Sales Team for further action.
• Update and maintain accurate call records and follow-up status.
• Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.

Requirements

• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an advantage).
• Comfortable with cold calling and speaking to customers.
• Outgoing, confident, and target-driven personality.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Experience in telesales, telemarketing, retail, or sales is an advantage.
• Logistics-related experience is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM2,500
• Mandarin Language Allowance: RM300
• Performance Incentive: Up to RM300
• Statutory Benefits: Based on Employment Act
