About the Role

  • Partner with various Talent teams across Business Units and Countries to support the execution of regional Talent priorities across Southeast Asia, monitor progress and address delivery challenges
  • Support the design and continuous enhancement of regional Talent programmes across areas such as leadership development, talent management, end-to-end employee experience and workforce effectiveness.
  • Lead and execute regional Talent projects and workstreams, including planning, stakeholder management, governance and implementation across multiple countries
  • Develop talent insights, dashboards and management reporting to support workforce decisions and measure the effectiveness of Talent initiatives.

Enough about us, let's talk about you


  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Talent, Employee Experience, Learning, Organisational Development, or Project Management, preferably with professional services experience
  • Bachelor's qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organisational Development or related fields preferred.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting regional or multi-country initiatives would be an advantage.
