RESPONSIBILITIES

• TO RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDE ACCURACY BILLING ACCORDING TO SPO & WI.
• CAPTURE VENDOR COST CORRECTLY ACCORDING TO SITES.
• FOLLOW UP WITH MATTERS PERTAINING BILLING DISPUTE
• SUBMIT VENDOR INVOICE TO FINANCE DEPT AND PAYMENT TO VENDORS

DUTIES

• Prepare and process accurate invoices for clients and customers according to agreed-upon terms and conditions, ensure timely issuance of invoices
• To prepare cost in Sovy System any generate vendor AP number.
• To prepare Credit Note (CN) if needed and approved by management, updating monthly SOA to remind customer on payment term and prepare report to management weekly
• Perform invoices for value added services such as Container Repair bills to customer , transport bill follow up and follow up with collection to make payment to vendor as balancing the accounts books is crucial
• Ensuring Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) and Work Instruction (WI) compliance to the group requirements. Investigate if any billing discrepancy and take corrective measures
• Maintain records of billing transactions, adjustments, and communications with customers for smooth transaction
• To assist in filing the entire document or rate for customers
• Issued purchase order as per warehouse operation request and upload purchase order and invoice in to the system.
• Submit vendor invoice to finance AND any other tasks, as and when assign by the Management

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
