About the role

The Project Support Engineer provides service, repair, and troubleshooting support for coffee vending machines and related equipment for Coffeebot Holdings. The role involves field visits to provide customer support, maintain detailed project records, and ensure project deadlines are met while coordinating with team members to keep workflow on track.

Key responsibilities

• Understand, service and repair basic troubleshooting of coffee vending machines

• Assist on all machines related to Coffeebot Holdings

• Provide service and customer support during field visits

• Maintain detailed records on all assigned projects

• Monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures

• Ensure project deadlines are met

• Supervise current projects and coordinate team members to keep workflow on track

• Respond efficiently to customer reports or breakdowns

• Create training materials and operation manuals

• Provide training to related departments on Coffeebot products and machines

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Previous experience in a project coordinator or project management support role is preferred

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello)

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Team player with a collaborative and proactive approach
