SUMMARY
We are hiring Food Processor to prepare and pack meat products in a cold environment.

Main Duties

• Cut, trim, and prepare pork products according to production specifications and quality standards
• Portion and pack pork products into appropriate packaging with label, weigh, and seal accurately
• Pick and prepare customer orders according to order lists and delivery schedules
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the processing area, equipment, and workstations
• Follow food safety regulations, workplace safety procedures, and Standard Operation Procedures
• Store and handle pork products under the required temperature and hygiene conditions
• Assist with stock movement, inventory checks, and replenishment when required

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable handling raw pork products in frozen processing environment
• Able to lift and carry items weighing up to the required workplace limit
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in food processing or meat handling is an advantage; but not mandatory (Training will be provided)
• Comfortable working in 8 – 12 C working environment, uniform will be provided

Working hours

6 working days (Monday to Saturday: 8am – 5.20pm)
