Responsibilities:
The individual in this role will be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Manage customer inquiries and service requests effectively

• Ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality services and final products to customers and associated stakeholders

• Sustaining efficient communication with the Sales Team to ensure smooth operations and achieving sales goals

• Proofreading typeset materials meticulously to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency

• Addressing and resolving client complaints promptly and professionally

• Ensuring that feedback received from both internal and external clients is in line with the company's expectations

• Participating in client meetings and providing support at event sites for operational purposes, as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above

• Previous experience in customer service or a related sector is desirable

• Knowledge of IT, digital marketing, or event management would be an added advantage, though not mandatory.

• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• A self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail

• An organized and responsible individual who displays a willingness to learn

• Ability to work well under pressure, with a result-oriented mindset

• Openness to work in shifts (Morning/Mid Shift, rotating every 3 months). Shift allowances will be provided for Mid Shift (14:00 - 23:00).
