Responsibilities
Job Summary:
To ensure that products, processes, and quality systems consistently meet customer requirements, company standards, applicable specifications, and relevant ISO requirements. The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for quality inspection, process control, problem-solving, corrective actions, data analysis, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
A. Quality Assurance
· Maintain and implement the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and applicable customer requirements.
· Prepare and maintain quality documents, procedures, work instructions, inspection standards, and quality records.
· Support preparation and review of Control Plans, PFMEA, Process Flow, inspection standards, and quality plans.
· Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with established quality requirements.
· Establish and monitor process quality KPIs and objectives.
· Conduct internal process and product audits.
· Support customer, supplier, and certification audits.
· Ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented and verified.
B*. Quality Control(QC) Operations*
· Supervise and manage QC Inspectors team in their daily activities on the production floor.
· Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections according to drawings, specifications, Control Plans, and customer requirements.
· Review incoming, in-process, and final inspection reports, ensuring proper documentation and record retention in the system.
· Track and monitor incoming and final outgoing product yield trend
· Control and manage non-conforming materials and disposition activities.
· Establish Statistical Process Control (SPC) and monitor process capability (Cp, Cpk).
· Verify dimensional, visual, functional, and other specified product characteristics.
· Ensure inspection equipment and measuring instruments are properly calibrated and maintained.
Qualifications, Essential Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Manufacturing Technology, Quality Engineering, or a relevant engineering discipline, or equivalent.
2. Polytechnic Diploma holders with 3–5 years of experience are encouraged to apply for this post
3. Familiarity with and knowledge of QMS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001,and ISO 45001).
4. Hands-on experience in measuring skills with equipment such as Mitutoyo Quick Vision, Keyence VR5200, and VKX1000 will be an added advantage
5. Experience in data mining, trend analysis, control charting, statistic alanalysis, and continuous improvement.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and Power Point.
7. Excellent communication, planning, documentation, presentation, and report-writing skills.
8. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
