Job Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day financial operation matters and book-keeping
• Responsible for monthly closing of existing entities & new SPVs under Investment & Fund Management (IFM) projects (Preparer)
• Responsible for management account submission to Group consol team
• Prepare/Consolidate cash flow projection for submission to Group Treasury
• Prepare consolidate P&L information for Financial Monthly Report to COO IFM
• Prepare full set of Management Account and update the sub-schedule/notes for P&L and Balance Sheet
• Assist in Mid-Year Review preparation
• Assist in Annual Budget Plan preparation
• Assist in year-end audit and tax submission matters, including preparation of supporting schedules and information, with guidance from the immediate superior.
• Assist in any other ad-hoc finance-related tasks as assigned by the Manager, Finance (IFM) and/or immediate superior.
