Beyondsoft Singapore Hiring! Full Time Project Manager – KATS Global Network Migration Support in - Ricebowl

About the Role

Requirement for a full-time Project Manager to support KATS’ global network migration project, covering the migration of KATS’ LAN environment from its legacy WAN to a new FortiGate SD-WAN infrastructure. This role requires close coordination with the Orange Business SD-WAN project team, KATS local IT team, and KATS HQ IT stakeholders, and the flexibility to support project activities outside of standard office hours when needed. Japanese speaking capability is highly desirable.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of KATS' global LAN migration to the new FortiGate SD-WAN, in line with the agreed project timeline
• Coordinate and align activities across the Orange Business SD-WAN project team, KATS local IT team, and KATS HQ IT stakeholders
• Facilitate project governance, including status reporting, stakeholder updates, and change management focusing on internal KATS migration activities
• Support planning and scheduling of discovery, run book development, migration execution, testing, and roll-back activities
• Ensure clear, timely communication across regional, local, and HQ stakeholders, including Japanese-speaking counterparts where required

What You'll Bring

• 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally on network or IT infrastructure migration projects
• Proven experience coordinating multi-vendor, multi-stakeholder technical projects
• Japanese speaking capability is highly desirable
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across regional, local, and HQ teams
• Willingness and availability to work after office hours when required
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
