About the role

This is a Beauty Therapist role focused on delivering professional facial, skincare and beauty treatments in a clinic setting. You will welcome and consult with clients, perform approved treatments according to clinic procedures, maintain high hygiene and safety standards, recommend suitable products, and support clinic operations and sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients professionally, and conduct basic skin and beauty consultations before treatments

• Understand clients' beauty concerns, expectations and treatment preferences, and explain suitable treatments, procedures, benefits and aftercare clearly

• Perform approved facial, skincare and beauty treatments according to clinic SOP and training

• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment and products before each appointment

• Monitor clients' comfort and response throughout treatment, and stop treatment and immediately report any unusual reaction or concern to the supervisor

• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, sterilize and disinfect equipment, and keep treatment rooms clean, organized and hygienic

• Maintain good knowledge of clinic skincare and beauty products, and recommend suitable products based on client needs

• Introduce appropriate treatment packages and membership programmes, and support achievement of individual and clinic sales targets

• Update client consultation and treatment records accurately, and document customer feedback, complaints or adverse reactions

• Check daily appointment schedules, prepare treatment rooms before opening and between clients, and check stock levels of products and supplies

About you

• Certificate/Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetic, Cosmetology or related field is preferred

• Relevant beauty/aesthetic clinic experience is an advantage

• Good knowledge of skincare and beauty treatments

• Good communication and customer-service skills

• Pleasant personality and professional appearance with basic makeup required

• Able to work according to clinic schedules, including weekends or public holidays where required

• Willing to learn new treatments, products and technologies

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
