Master Concept is a Google Cloud Premier Partner in Hong Kong, helping enterprises accelerate their AI adoption through cloud solutions and hands-on AI training programmes. As AI-assisted development becomes core to how modern software gets built, we're looking for someone who lives and breathes agentic coding tools to help us build faster, smarter, and more creatively.
About the Role
As a Agent Builder Trainee , you won't be writing code line by line the old-fashioned way — you'll be directing AI coding agents to build, debug, and ship. Your value isn't measured by how well you know a programming language, but by how effectively you can prompt, steer, and collaborate with AI tools to turn ideas into working products. You'll be expected to know these tools inside and out, think creatively about how to apply them, and work closely with the team to bring projects to life.
What You'll Do
Use AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Antigravity) as your primary development workflow to build and ship features
Leverage agentic work environments such as Claude Desktop Cowork, ChatGPT Work mode, Manus, OpenClaw, Hermes, or Gemini Spark to manage multi-step tasks and automate workflows
Deploy and manage projects on GCP or Cloudflare , with working (not necessarily expert) knowledge of AWS or Microsoft Azure
Read and reason about TSX and Python code well enough to review, adapt, and debug AI-generated output, even without deep hands-on mastery
Collaborate closely with the team, communicate progress clearly, and troubleshoot problems as they come up
Bring creative, out-of-the-box thinking to how AI tools are applied to real business problems
Who You Are
Genuinely excellent with at least one of: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or Antigravity — this is a core, non-negotiable strength
Rich hands-on experience with agentic environments like Claude Desktop Cowork, ChatGPT Work mode, Manus, OpenClaw, Hermes, or Gemini Spark
Very familiar with either GCP or Cloudflare ; comfortable with, but not necessarily expert in, AWS or Microsoft Azure
Understands TSX and Python conceptually — deep expertise not required, but you should be able to follow and sanity-check code
Strong communicator and genuine team player
Sharp problem solver who enjoys figuring things out rather than getting stuck
Quick learner who adapts fast as tools and workflows evolve
Creative thinker who doesn't default to the obvious solution
Fluent in Cantonese is a must, fluent in Mandarin & English is a big plus
