The Company is seeking a Head of Cybersecurity and Governance to spearhead the development and implementation of a robust cybersecurity strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the cybersecurity function, including security architecture, operations, risk management, and governance. This role involves establishing and enhancing cybersecurity policies, standards, and frameworks, as well as overseeing the design and implementation of security controls across various technology platforms. The Head of Cybersecurity will also be the key leader in incident response, threat management, and security monitoring activities, and will drive enterprise-wide cybersecurity risk assessments and mitigation programs. Applicants for this senior management position should have a Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field, with 15-20 years' experience in cybersecurity, information security, technology risk, or IT governance. The role requires a proven track record in leading enterprise cybersecurity functions and strong experience in developing cybersecurity strategies and transformation programs. Hands-on experience with governance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or ITIL is essential, as is a strong understanding of security policies, controls, and regulatory requirements. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are advantageous. The ideal candidate will have a background in complex enterprise environments, with a focus on stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior leaders.
