Job Description

• Responsible for day to day driving for Director & family to and from office, appointments, school, attending activities/occasion and etc.

• Must be able to be contacted at any time, also present at all places punctually as may be stipulated or directed by the Director all time during working hours, outstation and on stand-by time slot as designated.

• Perform simple maintenance work on the vehicles, send vehicles for repair and regular maintenance, conduct daily pre-trip and post trip vehicle maintenance to ensure the vehicle are kept clean, tidy at all times, also free of damage and in road worthy condition.

• ·Follow all safety measures while driving including observing speed limits, obey all traffic and road signs, avoiding dangerous behaviour such as answering to mobile phone to ensure safety of passenger(s) and full compliance with traffic rules and regulation.

• Performs all duties assigned honestly, diligently and professionally, as well as keeping Director & family information strictly confidential at all time also reacts quickly to emergency situations to protect Director & family.

• Perform any other tasks/responsibilities which are assigned by Director.

Requirements:

• Candidate must have minimum SPM or any certification and age between 30 to 45 years old.

• At least 3 - 4 years’ experience in related field with clean driving records and possess valid driving license is required for this position.

• Familiar with Klang Valley and Malaysia roads and able to navigate and use necessary tech application (Waze, Google Maps etc).

• Non-smoker, discipline, punctual, honest, patient, physically fit and have good observation skills

• Working for 6 days a week and able to work long hours, during weekends, Public Holiday and travel outstation (if required)

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and simple English.

• Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
