1) Responsibilities

• Singapore company incorporation and Corporate Secretarial services
• ACRA filings and maintenance of statutory documents
• Preparation of Board and Shareholders’ Resolutions
• Annual Return and company change filings
• Maintenance of Statutory Registers and company records
• Client meetings and client relationship management
• Other Corporate Secretarial duties as required

2) Requirements

• Diploma /Bachelor’s degree
• Intermediate or above level of English
• Proficiency in Korean is an advantage

3) Preferred Qualifications

• ICSA membership or currently pursuing ICSA qualification
• Relevant Corporate Secretarial experience
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

4) Employment Conditions

• Employment Type: Full-time (3-month probation) / Part-time
• Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Flexible working arrangements, including work-from-home options
• Annual Leave: 14 days, plus statutory leave in accordance with Singapore employment regulations, including Medical Leave and Childcare Leave
• Location: SBF Center, Singapore
• Work Permit sponsorship available
