Consultant, Managed Services

The Consultant, Managed Services will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. You will drive revenue growth by developing and implementing effective digital sales strategies.

About Your Role:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Managed Services clients, ensuring strong relationships and high service satisfaction
• Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Identify opportunities to deliver innovative managed services solutions, including IT support, cloud services, and workplace technology
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support
• Monitor service performance and proactively address client needs and challenges

Does it sound like you?

• Higher Diploma in Business, IT, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or solution sales, preferably in Managed Services
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and digital workplace technologies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record in client management
