Job Description

A Finance Assistant helps users manage their money by tracking expenses, creating budgets, monitoring finances, and providing useful insights for better financial decisions.

• Print out cash bill for lm voucher rm25 (every day)
• Update bank transaction (3 times a week)
• Check daily sales report ( 2 times a week)
• Check daily collection report (2 times a week)
• Check customer payment status & give ref no (ever day)
• E invoice checking -sql, emax, lhdn portal (once a week)
• Download merchant statement (once a week)
• Download rhb bank statement ( once a month)
• Subvention fees from pinelab (once a month)
• Issue utilities for (eurika & slj) (once a month)
• Issue e invoice for rental (whsb, mj, wh, eurika, slj) (once a mth)
• Check rental payment & issue or for (whsb, mj, wh, eurika, slj) (once a mth)
• Prepare bank balance report (once a mth)
• Prepare customer ageing report & outstanding report (once a mth)
• Create customer data when necessary
• Add credit limit when necessary
• Check experain buy customer data when necessary
• Filling all the documents back form outlets
• Posting from emax to sql for own outlets
• Do bank reconciliation for own outlets
• Liasie with auditor when necessary
• Any add hod task assign by Finance Manager.

Requirements :-

• SPM qualification or equivalent.
• No prior experience in finance is required.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no working experience are welcome to apply.
• Willing to learn and develop new skills in finance and financial management.
• Good communication and basic computer skills.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work well with others.
• Positive attitude and eager to gain experience in the finance field.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
