Job Description

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Property Support Executive

Location: Bandar Seri Putra, Bangi, Selangor
Salary: RM2,500–RM4,000(including allowances and incentives)
Employment Type: Full-time

Main Responsibilities:
1-Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Post property content on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Promote rental properties and property projects through WhatsApp, Facebook groups and property platforms.
  • Generate and record leads using company-provided tools and materials.

2-Customer Support & Follow-Up

  • Respond to enquiries through WhatsApp, social media, property platforms and chatbots.
  • Qualify prospects, follow up and arrange viewing or sales appointments.
  • Update lead information and follow-up status in the company’s CRM or tracker.

3-AI & Digital Tools

  • Use ChatGPT, chatbots and other digital tools for replies, captions, listings and reports.
  • Review all information before publishing or sending.

4-Property Support

  • Assist with property viewings, inspections and key handovers.
  • Attend property site visits approximately 2–3 times per week when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree preferred; fresh graduates may apply.
  • Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred.
  • Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Comfortable using social media, WhatsApp and AI tools.
  • Organised, responsive and target-driven.
  • Must possess a valid driving licence and own transport.

Working Hours

  • Tuesday–Saturday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • Monday: 2:00 PM–6:00 PM
  • Sunday: Off
