Responsibilities

Mandarin-Speaking Accounts Payable (P2P) Specialist

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Experience: 2+ years in Accounts Payable / P2P

Language: Mandarin language is an advantage

1+ year contract renewable to 2 years

Onsite role - Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to 6000RM Monthly


We are hiring a Mandarin/BH/English -speaking Accounts Payable (P2P) professional for one of our clients based in Kuala Lumpur.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, invoice processing, invoice validation, ERP systems, and advanced Excel, along with strong Mandarin communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and review invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform invoice validation, matching, and verification according to company policies.
  • Handle day-to-day Accounts Payable / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities.
  • Ensure invoices are processed within agreed timelines and service-level requirements.
  • Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies and exceptions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders regarding invoice-related queries.
  • Maintain accurate AP records and documentation.
  • Prepare and analyse AP-related reports using MS Excel.
  • Use ERP systems and other financial applications for invoice processing and transaction management.
  • Support process improvements and ensure compliance with AP procedures.
  • Communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders/vendors when required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable / P2P.
  • Experience in invoice processing and invoice review.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and Advanced Excel.
  • Experience working with ERP systems; exposure to GBS environments is preferred.
  • Mandarin language proficiency is required.
  • Knowledge of English and/or Malaysian local languages is an advantage.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, shared-services/GBS environment.
