Location: Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur

What You'll Do:
Identify and attract suitable talent through job portals, social media, and various sourcing channels to develop a strong candidate pool. Work closely with Singapore-based consultants to understand clients’ hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate expectations.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates’ experience, skills, and overall suitability.
Coordinate interviews and follow-up communications with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
 Provide timely feedback, updates, and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, keeping them informed and engaged at every stage of their hiring journey.
Ensure recruitment records are accurately maintained and updated in our ATS
️ Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates while creating a positive, engaging, and seamless experience throughout the recruitment journey.

What We're Looking For:
Any Bachelor's degree
Candidates with prior HR and/or HR internship experience will be an added bonus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Sales-driven mindset (includes KPI-driven and performance-based rewards)
