Senior level

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Review user stories and requirements to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured tests to ensure the quality of SleekFlow web-based system
• Do impact analysis to understand risks and how to mitigate them
• Work with the software development teams to build continuous test environments and to make applications more testable
• Help maintain a robust QA environment
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Contribute to the manual and automation coverage of the product in multiple layers including unit test, integration and end to end
• Report bugs and errors to development teams and help troubleshoot issues
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Requirement

• At least 4+ years of relevant experience in software development and quality assurance.
• Strong proficiency in Playwright: Proven experience in creating, maintaining, and scaling automated test scripts for web applications is a must.
• Proficient in JavaScript / TypeScript, as these are essential for our automation framework.
• Experience with API mocking tools to facilitate isolated testing.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with an obsession for attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with Flutter and Dart is a significant plus.
• Be flexible, grow, and learn quickly in a startup environment
• Good team player, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Understanding of what it takes to work with a startup company
