Job Summary
Support contract administration and cost control by preparing tender submissions, evaluating subcontractor claims, and managing quotations to contribute to project success.
Responsibilities
Calculate quantities and prepare bank guarantees (BG), pricing, tender submissions, and questionnaires to support project bidding processes
Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive and accurate pricing
Assist in contract administration by analyzing and vetting contracts to support effective cost control management
Prepare, submit, evaluate, and certify progress claims from subcontractors to maintain accurate project financial records
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Demonstrate a positive work attitude and eagerness to learn to support continuous improvement and team collaboration
