Job Responsibilities

• Independently lead technical sales engagements, deliver product demonstrations, and present warehouse automation solutions to prospective clients.
• Provide expert presales support to the commercial sales team to ensure technical viability and secure contracts involving AGVs, ACRs, AMRs, and integrated systems.
• Analyse customer warehouse operations, conduct on-site logistics evaluations, and design optimised automated system layouts.
• Develop detailed technical proposals, bidding documents, ROI calculations, and throughput analyses tailored to customer requirements.
• Act as the primary technical bridge between customers and internal engineering, deployment, and R&D teams during the pre-contract phase.
• Empower regional sales teams and channel partners by providing technical training, product updates, and solution support.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Mechanical/Industrial/Robotics Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.
• 1-3 years or more of experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or presales support within the warehouse automation or material handling industry.
• Strong commercial awareness combined with excellent analytical, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar layout design tools for warehouse space planning and material flow mapping.
• Basic understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), and software integration processes.
• Comfortable working in a bilingual environment; able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin as working languages.
• Willingness to travel frequently for business development, trade shows, and on-site customer evaluations.
