The Role

You will manage a predominantly musculoskeletal, sports and spinal caseload while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.

You will be expected to:

• Independently assess and diagnose patients
• Develop and implement evidence based treatment plans
• Deliver hands on manual therapy and rehabilitation
• Prescribe and oversee exercise rehabilitation programs
• Build strong relationships with patients through excellent communication and care
• Collaborate closely with doctors, specialists and allied health professionals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Work closely with our operations and marketing teams to optimise patient experience and practitioner growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy
• Full AHPC registration
• Minimum 4 years of clinic experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, motivated and team oriented attitude
• Passion for high quality patient care and clinical excellence
• Ability to build rapport with patients and medical professionals
• Fluent in English
• Private practice experience beneficial but not essential

Salary & Benefits

• Starting salary from S$7,000 per month
• High commission structure with earning potential exceeding S$20,000 per month
