Evolute - Executive Search Hiring! Full Time Finance Business Partner in - Ricebowl

We are pleased to be partnering a fast-growing AI Technology startup to appoint a Finance Business Partner (circa. SGD*************k annual base). With presence in North America, Southeast Asia and North Asia, they are scaling rapidly in their journey to boost productivity in continuous 24/7 operations for their clients. This role will be based in Singapore.

Core Responsibilities

They are looking for a commercially savvy, hands-on Finance Business Partner to help build a strong foundation for the organisation, with the intent of moving towards best practices backed by strong data.

• Greenfield Opportunity: There are currently few systems in place. You will lead the selection and implementation of new finance and procurement systems.
• Process Re-engineering: You will take ownership of the end-to-end finance cycle, identifying inefficiencies and building scalable processes from the ground up.
• Outsourcing Management: You will manage the relationship with their outsourced partner to ensure accuracy and governance.
• Strategic Influence: You will work directly with the VP Finance and business leaders to provide insights that shape strategy, moving beyond just reporting the numbers.

The Successful Candidate

• A strategic thinker who is not afraid to get their hands dirty (coding, modeling, or manual reconciliation when required).
• Proven experience in implementing finance systems (ERP, Procurement, Reporting tools).
• Strong stakeholder management—able to translate complex finance data into actionable business insights.
• Experience managing outsourced finance teams is a plus.
