About the Job

We’re looking for a creative storyteller to help us share our story and chocolate with local customers and chocolate enthusiasts around the world. You will be directly involved in transforming briefs into beautiful visuals that educate and reflect the passion and hard work behind every single chocolate bar we make. You must possess a flair for storytelling, a talent for communicating and presenting your ideas, a strong passion for your work, and the courage to push creative boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Management of social media and content strategy across platforms
• Develop relevant and engaging content for online marketing activities
• Create marketing & packaging materials and engage in design work as required
• Build up the asset library through product photography, videography, graphic illustrations and digital imaging
• Ensure brand consistency in social media and website content and across collaterals
• Work according to client briefs for artwork creations
• Assist clients in resolving issues by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner
• Support administration of marketing activities through collaboration with other brand partners and customer care activities
• Ensure brand consistency in social media and website content
• Other tasks as necessary

Requirements

• Ability to absorb new information in a fast-paced environment and to complete tasks quickly, accurately, and efficiently
• Team player with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Meticulous and keen attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills. You use your time efficiently and are able to multi-task and handle several concurrent projects
• Good communication, written and presentation ability
• Familiar with the social media landscape
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Lightroom is a must. Other creative tools like InDesign is a plus
• Skilled in photography is a must. Videography is a plus
• Knowledge of print production, colours codes, formats, etc
• Ability to convey client's message in line with brand’s guidelines through original design
• Comfortable with dynamic start-up culture
• Confident, performance driven, energetic and self-motivated
• Singaporean or PR only
