Job Description

Responsibilities

A prestigious Global firm with an elite reputation, sophisticated working environment, and a strong culture of excellence is looking for a receptionist in their Singapore Office located at the heart of the CBD.


This is a highly visible front-of-house position in a professional environment with exacting standards. The successful person will be polished, discreet and highly organized, with the judgement to anticipate needs and handle senior visitors confidently.


Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients, candidates and other visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage the front desk, incoming calls, correspondence, couriers and deliveries.
  • Coordinate meeting-room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared to a consistently high standard.
  • Arrange visitor access, refreshments and other meeting requirements.
  • Keep reception, shared spaces and office facilities presentable and well supplied.
  • Liaise with building management and external vendors on maintenance and office services.
  • Support new-joiner access, internal events and other office arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support with expenses, documents, meeting materials and travel coordination.
  • Handle sensitive information and visitor matters with complete discretion.


Requirements

  • At least 3 years of dedicated corporate reception or front-of-house experience within a prestigious global organization, with proven experience supporting VVIPs and high-profile clientele.
  • Experience working in a high-service professional environment.
  • A polished and confident communication style, both in person and over the telephone.
  • Proven ability to host senior clients and visitors professionally.
  • Strong judgement, discretion and awareness of confidentiality.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to anticipate what is needed.
  • Calm, organized and dependable when managing several requests at once.
  • Comfortable providing practical administrative and office support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Experience in premium hospitality, professional services, a law firm or private banking industry would be strongly preferred.
  • Mandarin proficiency would be advantageous due to the high volume of interaction with stakeholders from the Greater China Region
