Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous
Costing Executive
to manage tender costing and pricing submissions. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and ensuring competitive yet profitable tender proposals.
Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates for tenders, including materials, labor, and overheads.
Review tender specifications and requirements to ensure accurate costing.
Collaborate with procurement and project teams to gather cost data and supplier quotations.
Prepare tender documents, cost breakdowns, and pricing schedules for submission.
Provide cost analysis and recommendations to management for tender strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and tender submission requirements.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in costing, tender preparation, or a related role
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for costing and data analysis
Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage
Good communication and teamwork skills
Resilient and able to perform well under pressure
Able to manage multiple tender submissions and meet tight deadlines
