Requirements

 

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in F&B, with supervisory or team-lead experience preferred. 
  • Experience in restaurant, café, bar or hospitality operations is an advantage. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Good communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

 

  • Ensure staff follow company SOPs, hygiene, grooming and service standards. 
  • Monitor customer service and handle customer complaints professionally. 
  • Check food and beverage quality before/during service. 
  • Monitor sales, cash handling and daily cash closing. 
  • Assist with stock/inventory checking and control wastage.
