Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Business Analytics or related field.
- Experience in market research, sales, marketing or business analysis is preferred.
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and data analysis.
- Commercially minded with good understanding of customer and market trends.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and conduct field research when required.
- Mandarin and English proficiency is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research on the gold industry, pricing trends and competitors.
- Monitor competitors’ pricing, promotions, marketing activities and sales strategies.
- Analyse customer behaviour, market demand and sales trends.
- Track traffic, leads, conversion rates and marketing performance.
- Identify sales gaps, market opportunities and areas for business growth.
- Work with Sales & Marketing teams to develop and improve sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare market insights and provide actionable recommendations to Management.
