Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery/equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform routine checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and minimize downtime.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and inspect finished products for defects.
• Load/unload materials and products, and ensure correct handling procedures are followed.
• Record production data accurately, including output volume, downtime, and quality metrics.
• Identify and report abnormalities, malfunctions, or quality issues to supervisors or engineers immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area in line with 5S and safety standards.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with team members across shifts to meet daily/weekly production targets.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a manufacturing, semiconductor, or electronics production environment is an advantage.
• Able to follow instructions and SOPs precisely.
• Good attention to detail and hands-on mechanical aptitude.
• Willing to work in shifts (including rotating/night shifts if required).
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Basic literacy in English for reading work instructions and safety signage.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Working Conditions

• Work performed on the factory production floor, which may include cleanroom or controlled environments.
• Required to wear appropriate PPE and/or cleanroom gowning as needed.
• Shift-based work schedule depending on production line needs.
