Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance data processing scripts, programs, and automation solutions.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and validation using SQL and programming languages.
  • Develop and maintain API integrations and database connectivity.
  • Support OCR, AI/ML, and GenAI-based engineering document processing solutions.
  • Develop and enhance automated metadata extraction and data enrichment processes.
  • Perform data migration, ingestion, and integration into enterprise platforms.
  • Conduct system testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
  • Prepare technical documentation and support system deployment and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant working experience in software development, programming or data processing.
  • Experience in developing scripts, applications, automation tools and data processing solutions.
  • Experience in database integration, data extraction and system development.
  • Experience working with engineering data or document management systems would be an added advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Python and SQL programming.
  • Knowledge of API development, integration and database connectivity.
  • Experience in data extraction, cleansing, transformation and validation.
  • Familiarity with OCR technologies and automated document processing.
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, model testing and AI-based data extraction would be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, would be an advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
