Smart Reader Worldwide runs Malaysia's largest network of child enrichment centres, with 200+ locations nationwide and a growing international presence. Every day, kids in our centres are reading their first words, winning competitions and building confidence. We need someone to share those stories with the parents who follow us.

What you'll do

• Manage our social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, YouTube and Spotify
• Plan, shoot and edit content, from short form video to long form YouTube and podcast episodes
• Write and send our newsletters
• Engage with our community by replying, starting conversations and growing our following
• Identify KOLs and brand partners, pitch collaborations and see them through to launch
• Cover centre events, campaigns and launches
• Track performance and use the numbers to make every post better

What we're looking for

• Experience managing social media accounts for a brand
• A portfolio of content you've created
• Strong writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or Cantonese is a big plus
• Skilled in CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar, plus Canva or Adobe tools
• Comfortable on camera, confident with people and great with kids
• Experience working with KOLs or brand collaborations is a bonus
• Organised, creative and happy to juggle multiple projects
• Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media or related field preferred
