Responsibilities
Our client is a reputable and well-established life insurance company, and they are currently seeking a Business Analyst to participate in the GL8 implementation project.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with manager & stakeholders for project delivery; coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effectiveness and smoothness of overall project
Develop, maintain and monitor project plans and deliverables, as well as milestones, progress in order to identify and minimize risks during project implementation
Gather, collect and produce business requirements in regards to GL8 implementation project which include applications such as POS, company websites, customer service related Apps, electronic related forms and etc.
Explore and assist the implementation of AI to operational & business process in uplifting user experience and operation efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration, IT or any related fields
At least four (4) years of solid experience as a Business Analyst in life insurance, and having experience related to GL8 or with operation related project would be a plus
Familiar with project management methodologies and tools
Be able to collaborate & communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
As a good team player with good interpersonal and analytical skills
