Responsibilities
About the role
A Storekeeper is responsible for receiving, checking and recording incoming goods, machinery parts, tools and equipment. The role involves ensuring all items are properly stored, labelled and organised for easy identification and retrieval, and issuing spare parts, tools and equipment to technicians and other departments based on approved requests.
Key responsibilities

· Ensure all items are properly stored, labelled and organised for easy identification and retrieval
· Issue spare parts, tools and equipment to technicians and other departments based on approved requests
· Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking
· Conduct regular stock counts and inventory checks and investigate any discrepancies
· Monitor the condition of stock, tools and equipment and report damaged, missing or defective items
· Prepare and maintain relevant GRN, stock issue, stock transfer and inventory documentation
· Coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, Engineering and Accounts regarding stock requirements and discrepancies
· Assist in monitoring spare parts and consumable usage for machinery maintenance and repair activities
· Maintain a clean, safe and organised store area in accordance with company safety procedures
About you
· Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field
· Minimum 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse or inventory management
· Experience in machinery, spare parts, industrial equipment or construction equipment is an added advantage
· Basic knowledge of inventory control, stock counting and warehouse documentation
· Able to use Microsoft Excel and basic inventory/stock management systems
· Physically fit and able to perform loading, unloading and stock arrangement when required
· Good organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
· Responsible, reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
· Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
· Willing to work overtime when required
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
